  • Quiz inputs: the preferences you submit (city, treatment interest, budget, goals). We process these to generate recommendations.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps, for security and analytics.

  • Communications: if you contact us, the content of your message and your contact details.

We do not knowingly collect health data. Please do not submit medical history or diagnoses through this site.

  • Providing the matching service (FADP: legitimate interest / contractual; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
  • Security, fraud prevention and service stability (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Analytics and product improvement, based on your consent where required (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Sharing & processors

We share data with vetted service providers acting as processors (hosting, analytics, error monitoring). We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside Switzerland or the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the Swiss addendum.

This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
