How to choose the right aesthetic clinic in Switzerland
Seven questions to ask before your first consultation — and the red flags that should send you elsewhere.
Is the practitioner a physician?
In Switzerland, injectables and energy-based devices must be administered by qualified physicians. Verify FMH certification or specialist registration.
How conservative is their default dosing?
The best clinics begin with the lowest effective dose and titrate up over follow-ups. A clinic that pushes maximum volume on day one is rarely the right one.
Do they refer when appropriate?
A practitioner willing to say 'this is not the right treatment for you' or 'a colleague does this better' is showing the integrity you want from a long-term partner.
